黎族非物质文化遗产资源开发的问题及策略研究

摘要：根据考古研究黎族在海南生活了长达3000多年，悠久的历史，积淀了深厚的民族文化，具有丰富的非物质文化遗产资源。但是在现代文明冲击下，黎族非物质文化遗产的保护与传承面临严峻的挑战，对于旅游开发与黎族与非物质文化遗产资源间的关系众说纷纭，但是旅游开发如果对非物质文化遗产造成了破坏，恐怕也是方法不得当的缘故。因此，本文着重分析了目前黎族非物质文化遗产资源及其进行旅游开发的主要问题，并提出相应对策，以求通过旅游开发平衡黎族人民的经济生活与非物质文化遗产保护与传承之间的关系。

 

Abstract: According to the archeological research, the Li nationality has been living in Hainan for more than 3000 years. During the long history, Li people has formed the profound culture and accumulated rich intangible cultural heritage. But modern civilization brings great challenge to the protection and inheritance of Li’s intangible cultural heritage. Opinions are varied on the relationship between the tourism development and the protection of Li’s intangible cultural heritage. But the inappropriate tourism development will inevitably cause great destruction to Li’s intangible cultural heritage. Therefore, this paper, though analyzing the current situation of Li’s intangible cultural heritage, proposes the corresponding strategies for its tourism development in the hope of striking a balance between Li’s economic development and the protection and inheritance of Li’s intangible cultural heritage through tourism development.

    海南是黎族的主要聚居地，黎族是海南人口最多的一支少数民族。黎族在悠久的发展历程中为世界人民留下了璀璨、神秘而独特的文化。

黎族的非物质文化遗产项目繁多，海南黎锦技艺已经于2009年10月成功申报世界非物质文化遗产，还有多项已经被列为国家或省级非物质文化遗产，其中海南省的26项国家级非物质文化遗产项目中，有12项是与黎族有直接关联的，占总项目数的46.2%；海南省的72项省级非物质文化遗产项目中，有29项是与黎族有直接关联的，占总项目数的40.3%。

黎族非物质文化遗产项目主要分布在三亚、五指山、保亭、琼中、昌江、白沙、乐东、定安、陵水、东方等地，各地保护非物质文化遗产项目如图1所示：
